Registration Procedure
There is limited space on trips and
classes so reservations are strongly recommended.
Step 1
For reservations, call 954-781-0073, send an email
with contact info to atlanticcoastkayak@gmail.com,
or fill out the reservation
request form. If there is space in a
trip, you will be sent a trip confirmation sheet
containing details such as the meeting time, meeting
location, directions, estimated travel time, what
items are provided and suggestions on what personal
items to bring. Also included are a risk release
form that needs to be filled out, signed and returned
with your payment.
Step 2
After you have completed all the information requested on both
forms, return them by the due date indicated. Include your check,
money order or if you prefer, you can charge it on your Visa,
MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Step 3
Prior to leaving for a trip or class, refer to the top portion
of the trip confirmation sheet (that you retained) for
direction and other relevant information. Note: If payment
is not received by the specified date your space may be
forfeited! At times we do have availability for last minute
reservations -- please call.
Payment
Full payment, unless otherwise specified, is due no
later than two weeks prior to the date of the scheduled trip to hold
your reservation! Payments received late may be returned and the
space may be forfeited.
If you have your own kayak and
gear, and wish to join us on a trip or class, we provide guide
service, meals and beverages only.

Cancellation Policy
On all full day, half
day and camping trips, cancellations made two weeks prior to the
scheduled date of trip shall receive a full refund. After that a
refund shall be issued only if the space can be filled. In the
event that ACKC deems it necessary to cancel a trip due to
weather conditions or safety concerns, if the trip can't be
rescheduled either a full refund will be given or at the
client's request a credit toward another trip.
